From the beginning of the so called "liberation war" in September 1996 up to now, Mr Kabila has committed horrors against our people and humiliations against the international community , facts for which he has never gave an account to nobody. Because since he came to power, the self-proclaimed President of Congo has identified his person with the State and his arbitrary will, with the Law and continues to show ostentatious contempt towards the international community and its institutions. He is at the same time, head of government, the Legislator and the Supreme Judge.

Now Belgium who is subscriber of different conventions for the respect of human rights and the international institutions is taking the risk of receiving Mr Kabila on its territory. Even the Royal Palace has kindly accepted to tarnish by unrolling a red curtain before Mr Kabila.

The UDSP has already announced its position to the Belgian authorities, which is of not to allow Mr Kabila crush the Belgian soil. Otherwise, if they want to save their credibility, they will have to take on the responsibility of their deed up to the end. Belgian justice has then no other choice facing the complaint of the UDSP : arrest and try Mr Kabila in the court.
